Orders are processed after payment confirmation. Usually, orders are prepared within 1–3 business days, depending on product availability, order volume, and delivery schedule.
Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or outside business hours may be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Area
We deliver to available areas within Japan through reliable courier and delivery partners. Delivery availability may vary depending on the customer’s address, product type, and courier service coverage.
For remote islands, certain rural areas, or special delivery zones, additional time or extra shipping charges may apply.
Shipping Methods
Depending on the products ordered, items may be shipped as:

- Chilled delivery for fresh or refrigerated products
- Frozen delivery for frozen meat, seafood, and frozen grocery items

Any free-shipping offer, discount, or campaign will be applied only when it is clearly mentioned on the website.
Delivery Time

Frozen and Fresh Product Delivery
For frozen, chilled, or fresh products, please make sure someone is available to receive the order on the delivery date.
If delivery fails because the customer is absent, unavailable, or provides incorrect delivery information, product quality may be affected. In such cases, HL Nippon cannot guarantee replacement or refund for perishable items.
Incorrect Address or Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, including name, postal code, full address, phone number, and delivery instructions if needed.
If an order is delayed, returned, or delivered incorrectly due to customer-provided information, additional shipping fees may apply.
Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Items
Please check your order immediately after receiving it.
If you receive a damaged item, wrong item, or missing product, please contact us as soon as possible through our Contact Us page. For faster support, please provide:

- Product name
- Clear photos of the product and package
- Description of the issue
For fresh, chilled, or frozen items, claims should be made within 24 hours of delivery.
